Cancellation Policy: Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. Please understand however that spaces are limited. If you need to cancel, we respectfully request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled event. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Client. Outings cancelled without 48 hours notice will incur a fee.
