New Moves is a movement-based wellness program specifically designed for the mature body. These fun-filled, dance-based classes are suitable for all ages, fitness levels, body types and backgrounds.
In a warm environment, Dr. Pauline Manley (who has a PhD in movement practices so that her classes are based in the latest research) will have you moving freely to raise your spirits and keep your body healthy.
