Thursday 4th November – Gentle Exercise
Gentle Exercise (VIA ZOOM) 10:00am-11:00am
Join us for a fun session of gentle exercises to improve your health and fitness. Benefits include improvements to balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. Exercises will be modified to your own fitness levels and there is no need to purchase equipment as you can use canned goods and bottles for weights. A 5-minute assessment of your physical health will be conducted prior to the class at the time of booking.
Client contribution cost: $15
