Friday 17th September – Seniors Yoga (VIA ZOOM)
Seniors Yoga (VIA ZOOM) 2:00pm-3:00pm
Improve your balance and strength via yoga postures and fluid movement sequences in a class that is designed to be adaptable to all fitness levels. A 5 minute assessment of your physical health will be conducted at the time of booking in order to ensure that the session is structured with each your individual capabilities in mind.
