Active Seniors Gentle Exercise Program, Warringah Aquatic Centre
An easy class for beginners starting with 25 minutes of land-based exercises and 25 minutes of water workout, topped off with chitchat and cup of tea or coffee. Aqua aerobics is a quick and easy way to improve fitness, mobility, flexibility and conditioning.
*Loose comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes for the first half of the class, swimmers for the second half.
