Debra has a Bachelor of Accounting and is a committee member for Warringah Chamber of Commerce and Business NSW (Formerly NSW Business Chamber)

Initially started with MWP as a volunteer for the  Shop by List program, Debra then joined the MWP Care Board and has been Treasurer for 5 years prior to being appointed Chair of the Board.

Gordon Wing-Lun
Gordon Wing-Lun

Treasurer

Gordon has a BSc, BE (Hons) from UNSW and a MBA from Macquarie University.

Gordon has contributed to community services as a volunteer teaching English and as a Board member of several NGO’s including Nurses on Wheels and YourSide where he was Chair. His Board roles include Treasurer, Chair of Governance Committees.

Gordon’s interests are rock climbing and he is and has been a committee Member of the UTS OAC club for the past 4 years, as well as opera and reading.

Of course his favourite interest is his family, especially his grandchildren.

Jennifer leads business programs specialising in improvement and strategy implementation to achieve commercial outcomes and enhance culture and effectiveness.

Jennifer leads business programs specialising in improvement and strategy implementation to achieve commercial outcomes and enhance culture and effectiveness. She has a keen interest in human centred design and technology solutions to assist people day to day.

Jennifer has been involved in a number of mentor and coaching positions over the years. She was Treasurer and Chair of the Business Enterprise Centre, Northside, which provides practical business skills for the unemployed, business start-ups, and women re-entering the workforce.

As a Director of MWP Care, Jennifer brings skills to support the CEO and team with strategy and culture/people development and good governance.

Jennifer’s academic credentials include a B(Adult)Ed(Org Psych), an MBA and GAICD.

Matthew Adderton

Director

Matthew has over 20 years of experience leading companies and people. Matthew runs his own company which was established in 2007.

Matthew has over 20 years of experience leading companies and people. Matthew runs his own company which was established in 2007.

During this time, he developed a wide range of skill sets including relationship and people management, business development and marketing. Experience includes working locally and internationally in China, UK, Europe, NZ and North America across some of the world’s largest companies and brands.

Matt believes his most satisfying achievement has been helping people develop to reach their personal and professional goals.

Matt has been a Volunteer for MWP Care for over 5 years and was appointed to the Northern Beaches Council’s Economic and Smart Communities Strategic Review Group.

He enjoys surfing and playing Football (soccer) for his local club.

Grant Simpson brings over 29 years leadership experience in marketing and not-for-profit organisations.

Grant Simpson brings over 29 years leadership experience in marketing and not-for-profit organisations.

Grant moved into the not-for-profit sector in 2010 in the role of Director, Marketing & Fundraising at Anglicare, then joined Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA) as Foundation Director. Prior to this, Grant held numerous leadership roles with brand and communications agencies including J Walter Thompson, Singleton Ogilvy & Mather and Euro RSCG Worldwide as well as marketing roles with Unilever and Arnott’s. In these roles Grant managed brands such as Kellogg’s, Nestle, Kimberley Clark, Coca-Cola, Sony, Qantas, BP, Mattel, AAMI and Cadbury Schweppes. One of his relevant projects was Kellogg’s / Kids Helpline, one of the most successful customer relationship management programs in Australia.

Grant is currently a Non-Executive Board Director for Westhaven, a leading NDIS provider and is the Chair of Westhaven’s Culture Working Group. Grant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with honours from Griffith University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Grant has served as a volunteer for charitable and sporting associations such as Surf Lifesaving and is an avid ocean swimmer, trekker and golfer.

Alex has nearly 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector leading teams.

Alex has nearly 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector leading teams, often through significant organisational change, to maintain a focus on achieving outcomes for clients. Alex was instrumental in leading his teams through the implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, firstly with Cerebral Palsy Alliance and later with Plan Partners – now one of Australia’s leading NDIS plan management businesses. Alex also has a creative and entrepreneurial streak and has developed his own products which he is working on bringing to market. Apart from this Alex spends his spare time on his children, sport, fitness and various recreational pursuits including camping and kayaking. Alex has a BA (majors in Political Science and Philosophy) and diplomas in Management and IT.
Frank Riggio

Building Services Manager

Frank Riggio has over 10 years’ experience in providing home modifications and has
worked state wide within the disability / aged care sectors.

Frank Riggio has over 10 years’ experience in providing home modifications and has
worked statewide within the disability / aged care sector as well as iCare and
Lifetime Care, ranging from transitional to major complex modifications.
Frank is a representative on the Advisory Committee for Home Modifications
Information Clearance House, UNSW Sydney and is experienced in internal and
external modifications, extensions, new builds and conversions. In addition to
working with other primary care funding bodies, Frank collaborates with
Occupational Therapists, tradesmen, clients and families.
